Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online pieces as well as a contributing author to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
