Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in America, is an actor. Her film debut was during 1983's Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack group of actors and starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). In recognition of her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. Her film career began in early 1980s when she starred as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown, and Alan Ruck also appeared. Her role was featured as a character in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy that followed her initial success. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Even though the film's budget was $1 million it has made more than $50 million. She also began appearing in a variety of TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. From April 1980 it was an adolescent-oriented show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she appeared. Recent appearances of Sheedy are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy has won many awards in 2005 for her performances. She was also awarded an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
