Ashley Darby is an American television personality and singer. She gained fame when she becoming Miss District of Columbia, in the year 2011. Since the start the first season of The Real Housewives of Potomac in January 2016 the actress has had a major role in this show. Ashley Darby's passions include philanthropy and hospitality and holistic healthcare. Ashley was born in Maryland with a zesty personality. Her personality has shaped her into a tenacity that is unmatched. As the oldest of her family Ashley was a teenager who had to work several jobs in order to support her mom who was single and younger siblings. At the age of 18, she attended college at the University of Maryland and bartended as a side hustle to keep both herself as well as her family financially secure. Ashley's talents as a bartender were recognized through the Miss District of Columbia Pageant which she was awarded the title in 2011. Soon thereafter Ashley was introduced to Michael Darby an Australian real estate entrepreneur who is 29 years her senior. Ashley discovered a whole new world. Ashley and Michael got married, and were the proud parents of Dean Michael in 2019 and Dylan Matthew in 2021. After eight years of being married, they split in 2022. Ashley is a Yoga certified teacher. Ashley believes that balance involves inner peace, and outward physicality.
